A full-stack Wix Sites Design Studio, providing full- or part-time employment for TEP Academy graduates. Currently employing eight graduates, the studio specializes in websites for SMBs, serving clients from a range of verticals with diverse needs. Developed hardware infrastructure solutions in the field of video broadcasting. Responsible for designing and implementing the company's first broadcasting van.

Developed software and hardware products from characterization, algorithm, developments to products with minimum time to market. Gained expertise in FPGA and EPLD technologies, microprocessors and DSPs.

Alongside commercial activities and as a service to the community, I founded the Tribe Empowerment Platform Academy, a non-profit organization for empowering at-risk populations by providing them with the necessary skills to become web design freelancers. We target women from marginalized communities, young women at risk, and single mothers. Designed a unique education process based on inspiration and mutual support within the community. We managed to help 40 women become professional web designers. The TEP Academy is a unique professional and personal growth framework for individuals who otherwise do not have opportunities to develop a career.

Fostered innovative solutions, Initiated and managed a new line of products and services, including Wix Marketplace, Get Feedback, the initial phase of Wix ADI, DIFM, Promotional Quiz, and others that significantly impacted global markets. Millions of users worldwide use WixWiz Products.
Initiated new data analysis products to understand better user behavior, attrition, competitors, and market trends. Helped the Marketing team perform targeted campaigns, resulting in an increased ROI by 2x.

Defined product roadmap based on analyzing customer feedback, conducted user research and usability testing, identified main pain points, prioritized features based on their impact on business goals and customer needs, and managed and tracked KPIs. Managed a team of 16 employees, aligned the team's efforts, and ensured everyone worked towards common goals.

Product manager and developer in the field of video and telecommunications. Managed and developed lossless compression ASIC at rates of 155Mb/s. Responsible for the development of telecommunication ASICs (in the field of SDH), from characterization to production. Introduced new development tools and methodologies. Received the Technology Excellence Award for outstanding technology development achievements and the Engineering Excellence Award for advanced academic studies.

Consulted for HW and SW Projects. Developed a graphic processing card for real time processing such as Move, Zoom, Color Palette etc. (for Scitex). Develop from the algorithm stage a malfunctions identification of up to 0.25 µ (for Orbot Instruments). Managed the development of flat panel display project using GLPD technology (for Gur Optics – Giga Group): The project, which was initiated at the Israeli Aerospace Industries but reached a developmental dead-end, came to fruition and went to market.

While at high school and until completion of Atuda studies (grades 10th–14th) - owner of a software business, designing and developing software solutions for customs agencies, stock management and other small business solutions. Build custom computers and peripherals for small businesses.
